TERMS
Clear terms for website projects.
These terms govern Tamaimo Digital’s website and initial enquiries. A signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement controls a paid project.
Proposals and project scope
Descriptions, timelines, and example pricing are informational until confirmed in writing. The accepted proposal defines deliverables, exclusions, revisions, dependencies, milestones, fees, and acceptance criteria.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, approved content and assets, lawful credentials, and confirm rights to supplied text, images, trademarks, data, and software. Delays may change delivery dates and cost.
Fees, changes, and cancellation
Deposits, payments, taxes, late-payment consequences, cancellation, and refunds are specified in the accepted proposal. Out-of-scope work requires written approval and may affect price and schedule. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Each party retains pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and know-how. Custom-deliverable rights transfer only as stated in the agreement and normally after full payment. Third-party fonts, themes, libraries, media, domains, and platforms retain their licences.
Hosting, domains, and third parties
Third parties may supply hosting, domains, analytics, email, payment, and other platforms. Their availability, renewal fees, data practices, and terms are outside Tamaimo Digital’s direct control unless expressly managed.
Security and credentials
Use secure credential-sharing channels and multi-factor authentication where available; do not email passwords. Each party must promptly report suspected compromise.
Warranties and liability
Tamaimo Digital performs agreed services with reasonable skill and care. Search ranking, traffic, sales, uptime, and third-party approval are not guaranteed. Project agreements define liability limits, warranties, and remedies; non-excludable rights remain.
Privacy and contact
Personal information is handled under the Privacy policy. Questions: mario@tamaimodigital.com. Effective July 25, 2026.
